Recruiting Tip
First and foremost we look at the prospects field hockey ability as well as their athleticism in how they will be able to develop in the future. From a “whole” perspective in looking for recruits they must be academically strong to compete in the classroom as well as the playing field. This will give us a snap shot of their leadership capability as well as motivation to succeed. The desire to learn and accept coaching points is key in the overall development of our athletes, and having a positive attitude to make changes or adjust to better the teams needs before their own.
