Champion Collegiate Recruiting

High school rowers have many options available to compete at the collegiate level which include the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA).

In the highly competitive world of collegiate sports, you need to set yourself apart and give yourself the best opportunity to get the attention of college coaches. Many student-athletes are talented and have the ability to play sports in college yet are never discovered thus missing out on the opportunity of playing at the next level. Here at Champion Collegiate Recruiting, we partner with you and champion your recruiting cause by displaying to college coaches the recruitable player you are.

Don't wait to get discovered - help them discover you!

Recruiting Tip
At Marietta College, we are striving to develop each individual while keeping the focus on the growth of the team as a whole. We select women based on 5 main criteria: athleticism, work ethic, positive attitude, competitive desire, and integrity. We are not looking for the tallest, strongest, fastest woman - but we are looking for the ones who have elements of those 5 criteria and who are willing to continue to become better at each throughout their 4-year career as a student-athlete. Our team motto is OARS. It stands for ownership, accountability, responsibility, and self-integrity. We stress the importance of this way of conducting ourselves both on and off the water, in and outside of the classroom and community. The women sign a team contract that states their goals and how they will achieve them each spring. We frame the contract with their signatures around the matting of the frame, as a reminder of their reasons for conducting themselves in the manner we encourage and expect.
